I am sorry i havent put the error messages:

Response message: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: invalid input
syntax for type numeric: "${track_id}"

Response message: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: The column index is out
of range: 1, number of columns: 0.

I was trying to send parameter values from CSV dat file in a Prepared
statment..
