In pretty much every version of jmeter I've tried, setting a ThreadGroup's loop
count to 0 causes an infinite loop without running any of that ThreadGroup.
This appears to be a bug. The documentation at
http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/usermanual/build-web-test-plan.html states
that "If you enter a loop count value of 1, then JMeter will run your test only
once." Therefore, if one enters a loop count value of 0, would the correct
behavior of JMeter be to not run that ThreadGroup at all?
