Thanks! That looks far too complicated to use as a test case, however it's still useful to have the information in case simpler test cases don't show the problem.
Unfortunately the schematic does not show the "Execution Style" for the Throughput Controller - which do you use? Also, the Random Controller "Ignore sub-controller blocks" setting is not shown - which did you use?
