Hi,
Checking that it's present in the response should be just:
Response Assertion:
1. Select "Text Response"
2. Select "Contains"
3. In Pattern to Test simply add " Created a new user account\. No e-mail
has been sent\. " (without quotes)
More complex regexes can be constructed to make it more robust, but this should
work as a simple example.

Noel
