Hi: I would be using Jmeter for Distributed Testing and sending HTTP requests to the Application Under Test. I need to generate a lot of load to stress the application, eg., 1000 transactions/sec. And hence prefer to run Jmeter in such a way that it does not take too much of memory. Any suggestions and tips to run Jmeter with minimum resources would be appreciated. Eg., 1. what kind of Listeners can be used, how can the results be captured and stored locally, 2. change in heap size needed and where can that be done. 3. Any specific changes to be done to JVM... 4. how many instances of Jmeter
