Hi, Jmeter Distributed testing; will be used for concurrent user test ?

Probably not. Although JMeter runs the threads concurrently, with a loop count of 1 it's possible that the first threads to start will finish before the last thread gets going. A "burst" test like this does not have a chance to reach a steady state.
