I have followed the approach described in the WIKI (http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-jmeter/JMeterTesting/ASPNETViewState) and on the blog (http://blog.technicallyworks.com/search/label/JMeter) but I believe that my simple script is not working because there is a __VSTATE parameter passed on a POST request whose value I cannot glean. Not sure why the __VSTATE parameter is not revealed. Yours, David P.S. Glad to be back on the JMeter mailing list
