a. Whats the error you get. Are you getting it on the Client (whatever is
running Jmeter) or on the Server .
e.g. If you have a Datasource set to 20 with no wait , then the 21st user
will fail. Check your logs on the app server , see if it is an application
error or a network/ socket related error.

When you say manually , what do you mean? Are you running two jmeter
instances with 20 each?
