Can I close a connection after a SOAP-RPC message with KeepAlive?

Hi,
I'm using KeepAlive in a SOAP-RPC message. However, depending on the response I 
would like to close the connection (close the socket) or continue in the same 
connection.
Is it possible to do that with JMeter?
