Hi, I'd like to strain my test server as severely as possible. Unfortunately, with rising load and response times, the request rate Jmeter will maintain drops, so that the server cannot be overwhelmed (unless I suspect, I could run an arbitrary amount of threads, which I cannot due to memory limits).
Is there a device or option in Jmeter (similar to the Constant Throughput Timer) that will allow me to choose a minimum request rate (say 1000 req/s)?
