Hi Naga,

sorry for confusing you. To use the solution you'll need

a valid Amazon Web Services Account
to know how to instantiate existing AMIs
to know how to configure security groups

All this can be achieved using elastic fox or the browser based aws console
(https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/home ).If you choose to use elasticfox the
elasticfox manual is the one to follow to instantiate the jmeter in the cloud
AMI. It is not necessary to bother with API tools.

AMIs are images. The jmeter in the cloud image includes some start up scripts
that start the required number of slaves, configure the jmeter master instance
and start up the jmeter master instance.

Please note: you'll have to pay - there is no such thing as a free lunch. But:
at USD 0,085 per instance/hour this approach is affordable. BTW: the money goes
to Amazon, not to me :-( .

BR

Jörg
