I must admit, I didn't think of checking the with the XML option set.

In the XML log file , you can still have access to the parent sample and

nested sample even if parent option is checked (as far as I remember).

can then customise the stylesheet to present the data as you wish. The

I dont think thats currently possible (I assume you mean the thread
count of
threads that are currently executing any sampler under the controller).

can derive this , since the result log does have the timestamps.
