Assuming you mean: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_Time_Messaging_Protocol then JMeter supports HTTP(S), so if you can work out the contents you need to send - or if you can record the session successfully using JMeter or Badboy - then you should be able to use JMeter to generate load.
