In your Test Plan, the "User Defined Variable" element has a scope
visibility only to the first loop controller. Hence, it doesn't substitute
the value for "${PLANNO}" in subsequent requests.
U can either take the approach which you've mentioned OR declare a Global
variable -> Store regex value in that variable and the use it in all
requests.
