Jmeter, heap size and 64 bits OS

Hi all,

I want to configure Jmeter 2.4 on a Win 7 64 bits machine with 8 GB ram.
Should I install java runtime 32 or 64 bits if I want the maximum heap
size?  What's maximum heap size I set?
