Load testing tools are meant for concurrency test. Other wise they would be
called unit testing tools. Jmeter does perform concurrency test. The threads
do run at the same time. How they are logged might be a different matter.
Can you share the results? Upload it on any file site and share the link.

What is the think time you have added to your script? Is it the same when
the 10 person team performs the action? How many times have you repeated
this comparison test? Once, twice or more. Are all the results the same?
Have you checked if the environment remains the same when you perform the
test?
