I've just tested with the "JavaTest" Java Sampler and it does indeed
work as I need it to.
However, the sampler I'm calling is another Java Sampler that's
calling a custom method (written by me). I'm referencing the SFF
identically as in the above example and the behavior changes: it only
reads the first line.
