Hi, I think that is not jmeter issue but rather your service capacity is finished or something between jmeter host and service is closing connections suddenly (firewall?). Can you give more details (e.g. this errors appear from test start or after some period, what is response time for this incorrect requests, after first error all next requests are wrong or some of them and other are ok...).
