This is an instance of the following bug
https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=49734

It has been fixed in the current code, but there is no release yet.

If you change the test to "Stop Thread" rather than "Stop Test" it
should go away.

But in any case, the problem should only arise if an error has already
occurred that would require the test to be stopped.
