Have you tried using the HTTP Request Sampler in place of the HTTP Request HTTPClient Sampler?
You might also want to try selecting 'Follow Redirects'. If you google "Entity enclosing requests cannot be redirected without user intervention", there's more information for why this response is given. Also, 30 milliseconds is not a very generous window to give your application. You might want to consider increasing the timeouts a little! PS.
