Well that did notwork too well. Because I would be blocking the thread if the condition was true and hence the execution would completely stop.However I dont want the execution of the thread to stop I want it to continue to the next Controller. I figured out there is nto way to assign that value. I am just usign a XSLT tranformer to create a new .jmx and setting the attribute to true.
