Your problem is that you do not have adequate requirements. You need to go back to the business and get these before you can even think about what approach to take. If you do have them but simply didn't type them here then it is asking for problems if you ask people if you are doing the right thing or not to meet your requirements without actually listing them.
By the way. '50 concurrent users' is - basically - meaningless.
