That is what I am trying to do.

The file that I am working with (samples/conformeren.cml) contains a
reference to cml.dtd ... that is why I ran up against this issue.

Q: Peter or Henry, can you please send me 2 .cml files (one small & one
large) in valid CML2 format that I can work with?
