All of the jmol code is underneath org ... the other things are 3rd party
libraries external to Jmol :-)

I have never tried to sign Jmol.jar

I *have* successfully signed the JmolApplet ... and it performed as
expected without any difficulties.

Unfortunately, I have very little experience with code signing ... so I am
not sure where to tell you to look.

If I get a chance, I will try it.

Q: Out of curiosity, why do you want to sign Jmol.jar?
