Yesterday you may have received a flood of email message from the Jmol bug database at sourceforge. I caused it and I am responsible for it ... and I apologize.
I used the 'bulk update' feature to modify a large number of records. I was not aware that all bug status changes were sent to everyone on the jmol-developers lists. It was not until sometime later that I realized that everyone had received them. The change I made was not particularly important ... I decided to change my sourceforge login name ... for no particularly good reason. So I reassigned all the bugs to my new name, thereby triggering the avalanche of change nofication email messages.
