Summary: Is centering correct for movies?

Initial Comment:
open up samples/pdb/movie2.pdb.gz

run amin on

observe that when it is fully extended the sizing of
the window is correct. 

But, why is it located where it is? 

Is it because it is using the average point for the
center (instead of the center of the bounding box) ...
probably. 

In which case, we need to rethink this.
