This is not as easy to implement as I thought it would be.

The mechanism for defining colors needs to be redesigned and
reimplemented. The problem is not really with the colors, but with the
different color 'palettes' or schemes ... like 'amino', 'charge', etc.

Implementing 'color label amino' will have to wait.
