The Jmol API has been relatively stable since the 10.00 release.

I am still not very happy with the API because I have not had time to
clean it up. So it will probably change again in the future.

I do not know which early prerelease version you are using. Rendering
performance did not increase. New features have been added.

Jmol still cannot load more than one file at a time.

If you put two or more proteins as multiple models in the same file then
Jmol can display them individually or concurrently.

There are not many users who are working directly with the Jmol API.
Therefore, it probably will not receive very much attention in the near
future.

These should definitely be handled by sending/executing a script

This capability is already there via a callback mechanism.

This is probably there.

This is probably there.

> If the internationalization can not be switched off,

It is not the case that you want to switch off internationalization.
Rather, you want to explicitly choose English as your language.

I am sure that someone will find a way to solve this problem. I advise you
not to worry about this issue.

It is the summer and people are on vacation ...

I went ahead and made this change.

Note that the lists of Jmol web sites is now stored in wiki.jmol.org, so
you are able to make changes and enhancements to the description of STRAP
by yourself.
