True. Without running the update-catalog target(s), the Messages_*.class
files are not created and so, there is no translation available.

I am sorry. Atm I don't have the time to write a solution. I hope,
someone else can do it (Nicolas, maybe you?).

True. Add the content of build-i18n.xml to build.xml or call the
build-i18n.xml targets from build.xml (if possible).
