create a directory via SSH-access and upload the images there. Then make
this directory available via Apache conf/.htaccess. Both possibilities
could(!) have security issues. Read the phpwiki-guides carefully, before
you enable an upload-plugin.
I don't have this kind of access to Jmol wiki. AFAIK, it's not hosted on
sourceforge.
I hoped this feature was available in MoinMoin as it in MediaWiki.
