This an other feature than the one I am currently working on, but they should be compatible. It may not be too much work to implement it in Jmol. Something to put on the TODO list (file a bug report if you think this feature should be implemented), or if someone wants to work on it, please do. Is there any possibility to change the number of molecules which are kept in memory ? That would be better.
