Those should indeed no longer be compiled. I added them to exclude elements in the Ant build.xml, but that does not work for Eclipse. Apologies for the inconvenience. Miguel, are you OK with removing them from CVS? And expect people who need the DirBrowser and DADML plugins to use BioClipse? Are you OK with that?
