I've tested indentation in JmolApplet.java by using: indent --line-length 80 --k-and-r-style --tab-size 4 -bbo JmolApplet.java and the resulting file-size is only 92% of the original file. For the whole Jmol archive this could mean a noticeable reduction. What do you think about this?
