FYI, TortoiseSVN is a great client product for working with Subversion
outside of your IDE (Eclipse). It integrates with Windows explorer and
allows you to execute any SVN command from the right click popup menu.

Hi Nico,
I just checked out the separate projects as you suggested. I did also get
the error in the Jmol-web checkout:
svn: REPORT request failed on '/svnroot/jmol/!svn/vcc/default'
svn: Processing REPORT request response failed:
java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException (/svnroot/jmol/!svn/vcc/default)
I tried to update it then from the team menu which also had a problem:
update -r HEAD /Users/rkanters/Projects/Eclipse/Jmol-web
svn: Working copy '/Users/rkanters/Projects/Eclipse/Jmol-web/
source/doc/demo/alphahelix' locked; try performing 'cleanup'
so I ran cleanup and tried again. Doing that fixed it.
Cheers,
René

Checking out jmol-web worked failed for me as well at soruce/doc/ model
Ok, then this is a reproductible problem.
Does anyone have checked out Jmol-web without using Eclipse + Tigris
plugin ?
Does it work or is there the same problem ?
(so how many xyz files ARE there in this FAH project???) :)
A lot (> 1.000)
When I started this, I didn't think that we would reach this amount.
