To test the applet you should do a cvs checkout on the Jmol-web module, and run "ant"... this will generate the website in the build/doc dir... Open applet.html in any browser you have available and see if it runs... report the results, including this information: Operating System, processor, browser version, JVM vendor and version And if it fails, the java errors you get... many browsers have a Java Console in which you can see those errors... That should do it...
