In a not so far future from now, I want to introduce CDK core into Jmol... Meaning that I want to replace the current Jmol Atom/Bond classes to be replaced by CDK Atom/Bond classes... The reason for the AtomRenderer class is to separate the data from the stuff needed for visualization... Does this change make to move to CDK classes more difficult?
