That's unfortunate... Do you know what the minor changes were, so that they

(Jmol is with a lower case m)

It should be the other way around... I/we need to figure out how to pass data 
in Jmol into a CDK based renderer... We need to define a common API which
all CDK renderers use... in the end the acc-3D, the Jmol-3D and the 2D need
to implement this API, and then one could very easily switch between them....
