I vote that you plug it in under File -> New After I get a chance to play with it I'll let you know if I have another idea. On a separate (but related) topic ... One person asked for multiple "viewports" onto the same molecule, presumably with some mechanism to link/unlink the mouse controls between the two viewports. I don't know how broadly used that would be ... maybe for the crystalography folks it would be helpful. I'm not suggesting that you work on this, but since we are talking about windows & menu options, I suppose it is a possible future feature.
