Personally, I prefer the "cvs diff -u" output, which is so called unified 
diff...

In what way do they have a different view? I am not familliar with those

Agreed. It's slower that one would expect... note that it should not be 
necessary to reload the atom type table... this should speed up things a 
bit...

Thanx for the patch. I'll apply it to cvs right away.

Maybe you could also add a close window option... the file menu only has an 
exit it this moment...
