Category: Graphics Group: v6 >Status: Closed Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Dietrich Bartel (dbartel) >Assigned to: Michael T Howard (michaelthoward) Summary: bonds did vanish in vibrate from v6 to v7 Initial Comment: During vibrate there are no bonds shown in v7 (f.i. for exam with 4-cyano... or ammonia...) contrary to v6. Where animation is possible (f.i. with ammonia...) animation shows bonds on the original frames but no bonds on the interpolants. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Michael T Howard (michaelthoward) Date: 2003-08-22 16:53 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=608250 Fixed. Rerun ChemFrame.autoBond() after new frames are constructed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Michael T Howard (michaelthoward) Date: 2003-08-01 18:14 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=608250 I thought that perhaps this problem had something to do with the BSPT rebonding code. However, I turned it off and that does not seem to be the problem. The same behavior (lack of bonds during vibrations) occurs in cvs HEAD ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=379133&aid=771658&group_id=23629 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: VM Ware With VMware you can run multiple operating systems on a single machine.
