Summary: bonds did vanish in vibrate from v6 to v7

Initial Comment:
During vibrate there are no bonds shown in v7 (f.i. for exam with 4-cyano... or 
ammonia...) 
contrary to v6. Where animation is possible (f.i. with ammonia...) animation shows 
bonds on the 
original frames but no bonds on the interpolants.

Fixed. Rerun ChemFrame.autoBond() after new frames are
constructed.

I thought that perhaps this problem had something to do with
the BSPT rebonding code. However, I turned it off and that
does not seem to be the problem. The same behavior (lack of
bonds during vibrations) occurs in cvs HEAD
