I've modified the jmol.xml in CDK's CVS that is used to build a Jmol custom jar file with required CDK classes... The differences between the applet, b6 application and the HEAD application were becoming so large, that I felt necessary to define the required classes for each of these target separately... Therefore, you can now find three jmol*.javafiles in CDK's cdk/src directory.
