I spent some time looking at the pages on your website. This is an *excellent* example of the kind of web-based courseware we are targeting for Jmol. So, I am very glad that you are willing to work with us as a beta tester on Jmol. Overall, the pages look like they will work quite well with Jmol. The main thing I saw that Jmol does not currently support is the 'ribbons' representation of protein molecules. We currently supports 'backbone' and 'trace', but not some of the more complicated protein visualization shapes.
