George,

I am Brian's primary contact on the Jmol team.

I spent some time looking at the pages on your website. This is an
*excellent* example of the kind of web-based courseware we are targeting
for Jmol.

So, I am very glad that you are willing to work with us as a beta tester
on Jmol.

Overall, the pages look like they will work quite well with Jmol. The main
thing I saw that Jmol does not currently support is the 'ribbons'
representation of protein molecules. We currently supports 'backbone' and
'trace', but not some of the more complicated protein visualization
shapes.

Have you had a chance to take a look at the site that Brian referenced in
his email:
 http://jmol.sourceforge.net/demo/bwhite

In addition, there are a couple of other smaller demonstration pages in
subdirectories under:
 http://jmol.sourceforge.net/demo

Take a look and let me know what you think.

Miguel
