(I am definately not an expert Chime/Rasmol user though).Do you currently use Chime in any of your courseware?

A bit. I use Chime for VSEPR theory (to show shapes) and crystal structures (to show how simple unit cells build up into crystals) in Gen Chem. In biochem I don't use it as much as I should, but I've only got 1 semester of teaching Biochem under my belt. In organic, I use a java applet called ChemSample a lot because it lets me show students MO's and nucleophilic, electronphilic, etc. electron density maps.
Feel free to poke around http://www.wsc.ma.edu/cmasi a bit. My site still has some (a lot of) rough spots so be gentle with you criticisms :)
