I assume that you are trying to run on OSX. Please confirm. To date, I have never tried to run chime2jmol.pl on anything other than Linux. The HTML/Parser is a standard perl module. It has been around for a few years, so I assumed that it would be part of every modern Perl installation. Tell me what system you are on.
