greetings,
fyi:
the Safari browser does not have Java or Javascript consoles like many
other browsers. thus, it is impossible to tell what happens if JMol does
not work as expected.
if you are interested in debugging JMol operations in Safari, you need to:
1. quit Safari.
2. open a Terminal window and enter
defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 1
3. launch Safari and under the now-visible Debug menu, choose Log
Javascript Exceptions.
4. launch the Console app (Applications: Utilities).
all Java and Javascript messages will be visible in the Console.
regards,
:tim
