Jmol will either make a slight distinction in colors within the 'cpk'
color scheme, or we will provide an alternate color scheme.

Eric has indicated that he would prefer to have the colors the same as
RasMol/Chime ... even with the duplicates ... by default.

Tim has yet to weigh in.

If it isn't too much, trouble, I think that would be quite helpful.
