calcite.pdb has atom naming problems
CA is calcium (not alpha carbon)
C & O start in the wrong column

Done.
SimpleModelAdapter.PdbModel is now more flexible. 

If this becomes more of a problem, then enhance
viewer/managers/ModelManager to try to make a match while
using the actual atomic symbols.
