Summary: bug or feature? Command line filename for JMol application

Initial Comment:
Hi,
I find it mildly irritating that JMol always prepends a
$HOME to the filename given on the command line, i.e.

jmol somefile.txt

is in fact jmol $HOME/somefile.txt
That means, absolute filenames simply don't work, which
is bad in scripted/automated applications.

Thanks for the good work!

Bernd,

Are you using jmol 5?

I make sure this is fixed in version 6, which we hope to release shortly.

Miguel
