As you may recall, I am personally opposed to documentation *while code is
being developed*.

However, once it stablizes I take a more neutral attitude :-)

There are parts of the system that are stable enough that they could be
documented. In particular, the g3d library is quite stable and could use a
little documentation.

I will start thinking about how to weave this into my workstyle.

I think it would be helpful for me if we actually posted the javadoc
someplace on the website. That way I would feel some responsibility to
update it and review it :-)
