One suggested answer posted back to the list was: OpenDX: www.opendx.org Which has a few *very* nice screenshots related to chemistry: http://www.opendx.org/highlights.php?highlight=inaction%2Fchemistry% 2F&Submit=Go Two thoughts: - might be a good source for algorithms - Jmol does not get close yet :) But the good thing, I don't think there is a OpenDX plugin ...
